Mission
The mission is to increase trust and excellence in the Black community regardless of nationality or religion. Through showcasing different perspectives and prioritizing accurate education, Rooted and Rising will provide a central ground for economic, political, and cultural prosperity among underepresnted communities.
Meet the Author
Affinity is who I am. I have a natural love for writing, my people, where I'm from, and connecting with different cultures. I journeyed from the West Coast to go to the East Coast for an education at Howard University. At the Mecca, where many different cultures come together, I absorbed being around the diaspora.
